Tucson General Election November 8, 2005
Here
we see an election that replaced two Republican Council Members who represented largely Democratic Wards (3 & 6). Ward 5, once again, goes unopposed. The turnout of 24.7% is the lowest in recent history. The lack of undervotes, present in most Tucson elections, may indicate a large and significant group of past voters that decided to stay home from the polls.
